RULES
These apply to conducting a campaign game with prizes on the Facebook page of the Sava Ognyanov Drama Theater - Ruse: https://www.facebook.com/TeatarRousse
CAMPAIGN ORGANIZER
Кампанията се организира от Драматичен театър „Сава Огнянов“ – Русе със седалище на управление: гр. Русе, площад „Свобода“ 4, ЕИК 000522703, уебсайт https://www.rusetheatre.com , наричано по-долу Организатор.
CAMPAIGN PERIOD
The campaign is organized for the period: 25.07.2022 – 25.08.2022.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
All persons located on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria can take part in the campaign. Participation is not bound to purchase by the participant.
Employees or associates of the Organizer, persons engaged in the drawing of the prizes or related to the preparation of the campaign (the game) and collaborators of the Organizer, as well as members of their families (children, parents and spouses) are not allowed to participate in the Campaign. Fake profiles and any other illegitimate methods to increase the chance of winning are not allowed. If abuse is suspected, the Organizer has the right to immediately exclude these participants from the prize draw.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
To be included in the prize draw, the Participant must meet the following criteria:
They should have followed or liked the Facebook page of Sava Ognyanov Drama Theater - Ruse;
They should have noted/tagged in a comment under the post the name of a friend whom they challenge to take part in the Campaign.
Each participant agrees to the present rules of the Campaign.
Each user receives the right to one-time participation in the game, regardless of the number of people he marked in the comments under the Campaign post.
PERSONAL DATA
Participation in the Campaign is voluntary. By participating in the Campaign, participants declare that they agree to their personal data being processed by the Organizer for the purposes of the Campaign.
The personal data that the Organizer collects for the purposes of the game are the Facebook profiles of the participants who have complied with the terms of the Campaign. After drawing the winning entrants, the Organizer will require personal details from the winners to deliver the prizes.
Names will only be used for the purposes of the Campaign and for singling out the winner.

The Organizer will not use the personal data of the participants for other purposes and will not provide the list of personal data to third parties.
The Organizer clearly indicates the voluntary nature of providing the data, and each participant has the right at any time to refuse to provide their personal data or to request that the data provided by them be deleted, thereby terminating their participation in the game.
AWARDS
1 annual subscription for two for the performances from the repertoire of Sava Ognyanov Drama Theater - Ruse

***The card is valid for a single visit to any performance from the theater's repertoire
***Subscription is valid for theater season September 2022 - September 2023
5 double invitations to the premiere show of Balkan Syndrome for season 2022/2023
*** Invitations are only valid for the premiere dates of the show on September 12th and 14th, 2022
The award is granted in accordance with the provisions of the legislation enacted in the country.
It is not allowed to exchange a prize won with its cash equivalent or with another prize.
PRIZE DRAW
The winners will be drawn on 01.09.2022 randomly among the database of participants who have fulfilled all the conditions for participation in the Campaign.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS
The names of the winning participants will be announced on the theater's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/TeatarRousse
PRIZE DELIVERY
The Organizer sees to notify the winning participants through a message on Facebook within 3 days after the drawing of the prizes.
Winning participants can claim their prizes from the theater box office.
The deadline for receiving the prizes is 10 calendar days from the day the prizes are drawn.
The organizer is not responsible for prizes not claimed on time.
OTHER TERMS FOR RUNNING THE CAMPAIGN
The campaign is conducted in accordance with these Rules. The organizer reserves the right to change or supplement the rules at any time. Participants should check for changes to the Official Rules.
By participating in the Campaign, the participants confirm the acceptance of these rules and their consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of the organized promotion.
